I am a nervous system, trauma and identity expert, coach, educator, facilitator and business mentor. I am a mother of two young daughters.

I am also the founder of the Trauma-Informed Nervous System Coaching Academy™ and creator of the TINs Method™, a comprehensive framework that blends neuroscience, trauma research, polyvagal theory and embodied integration.

Over a decade of experience in trauma, the nervous system and subconscious behaviour led to my revolutionary methodology TINs™ (Trauma-Informed Nervous System Coaching), which brings the precision and completeness most methods miss, for fast, long lasting changes at the nervous system level.
